Privacy policy

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the course you are interested in, an optional preferred intake month, and a message. Those fields exist so we can answer you. They are not used to build a marketing list and they are not sold. The form does not store data on the server. When you submit, the details are used only to reach you by email or phone. There is no account system on this website.

A hidden timing field and an unused company field sit on the form to reduce automated submissions. They are not used to profile you. If a submission fails our checks, you are sent back to the contact page with a short reason. No copy of a failed submission is kept on the server.

Email correspondence about a course, a seat hold, an invoice or a clinic booking is kept for 24 months from the last message in the thread. After that we delete it from the mailbox we use for [email protected], unless a longer hold is required to complete a refund or a dispute you have already opened. You may ask for access to the details we hold, or ask us to delete them, by writing to [email protected] from the address you used. We will reply within a reasonable time and we will say if a legal hold prevents deletion.

This website uses one optional preference cookie named lae_consent. It stores yes or no for 180 days so the banner can stay hidden. No analytics cookies and no advertising cookies are set unless that changes. If it changes, this policy and the banner will be updated before any new cookie is used. Declining the preference cookie does not block any page. See the cookie policy for the exact name and how to withdraw the choice.

This website is hosted on shared infrastructure in a commercial data centre; server logs including IP address are retained by the hosting provider for security purposes. We do not run our own log warehouse. We do not place a tax or registry number on this site, and we do not ask you for one through the public form.

Links to maps and fonts are loaded from the providers named in the page source. Those providers may receive your IP address as part of ordinary web traffic. The map is a keyless embed. We do not run a separate tracking script of our own. If you write to us about a child or about health or identity documents, we will ask you to stop and to send a redacted note instead. Class files are handled under the data rules on the curriculum page, not through this public form.
