Fees
Public course fees for 2026 are listed per person. AI Foundations for Work is S$890 for four weeks. Prompting & Writing Systems is S$890 for four weeks. Data, Spreadsheets & AI is S$1,280 for six weeks. Automation & Agents is S$1,760 for eight weeks. In-house training starts from S$4,900 per day for up to 10 staff, scoped before we send a note.
The fee covers every scheduled session, the workbook in PDF and editable text, 30-day access to the teaching-segment recording, and one 20-minute clinic slot. Tea and water in the studio are included. Fees include prevailing taxes where applicable.
How enrolment works
Send an enquiry from the form. Name the course if you know it, and describe the weekly task you want to bring. We reply within one working day.
A short call or email exchange to confirm fit. We will say if Foundations is the safer start, or if a later month is the honest answer.
A seat is held for five working days. The hold is a courtesy. It is not an invoice. If we do not hear back, the seat returns to the list.
Invoice and confirmation, with joining notes: studio address, what to bring, the current tool list, and the data rules for class.
Changes
You may transfer to the next intake of the same course at no extra fee up to seven days before the published start. After that point a transfer is at our discretion and depends on a seat existing. Write to [email protected] so the hold can be moved in one note.
A full refund is available up to fourteen days before the start date. From thirteen days to seven days before the start, 50% of the fee is refunded. After the first session there is no refund. One deferral to a later 2026 intake of the same course is allowed on medical grounds if you write to us with supporting information we can reasonably accept. That deferral does not create a second refund window.
If we cancel a cohort because it does not reach eight enrolments, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next published start, as you choose. In-house dates are set in the scoping note and follow the same refund timings measured from the first booked day.
Groups
On-site training is scoped on a call. We ask for the two or three jobs that waste the most hours, the tools already permitted, and the person who will own the shared library afterwards. A typical two-day format is a shared rules morning, two lab blocks on live files, and a handover of the library and the one-page team rule. Four half-days use the same arc with more time between blocks for homework.
Minimum group size is six. Maximum is ten on your site and twelve if the group comes to our studio. We will not run a day for two people and call it a team workshop. If your group is smaller, the public evening courses are the better fit.
Up to 10 staff. Workbook and a shared rule included. Travel within Singapore is included. Tool licences are not.
Ask for a scope noteName the intake in the form. We will answer with what is still open and whether the course is the right first step.
