Terms of use and enrolment
These terms cover use of learnaieasily.pro and enrolment on a Learnaieasily course in 2026. Last updated 2026. If a seat is confirmed, the joining notes sit alongside this page. Where they describe dates or a tool list, they do not change the refund rules below.
Using this website
The site is provided so you can read about public courses and send an enquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms other visitors, or submit automated messages through the form. Content on the pages is owned by Learnaieasily unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote a short passage for a personal decision about enrolment. You may not copy the workbooks, outlines or briefs to run your own paid class.
Course descriptions are written in good faith for 2026 intakes. Tool names in joining notes can change when a product stops being a fit. Fees and refund rules on this page and on the schedule page are the ones we honour. We do not guarantee a job, a promotion, a business result, or a particular output from a model. Training is general professional training and does not constitute legal, regulatory or employment advice.
Enquiry, seat hold and invoice
Sending the form is not an enrolment. We reply within one working day and may ask for a short call or email exchange to confirm fit. A seat is then held for five working days. The hold is a courtesy. If we do not hear back, the seat returns to the list. Enrolment is complete when you confirm and the invoice instructions are met. Company sponsorship is welcome. Reasonable paperwork for course title, dates, hours and fee will be completed. We will not invent identifiers we do not publish.
Fees
Public fees for 2026 are: AI Foundations for Work S$890; Prompting & Writing Systems S$890; Data, Spreadsheets & AI S$1,280; Automation & Agents S$1,760. In-house training starts from S$4,900 per day for up to 10 staff. Fees include prevailing taxes where applicable. The fee covers scheduled sessions, the workbook, 30-day access to the teaching-segment recording, and one clinic slot. It does not cover paid tool subscriptions, travel, extra clinic time, a laptop, or placement into work.
Transfers, refunds and cancellation by us
You may transfer to the next intake of the same course at no extra fee up to seven days before the published start. After that point a transfer is at our discretion and depends on a seat existing. Write to [email protected] so the hold can be moved in one note.
A full refund is available up to fourteen days before the start date. From thirteen days to seven days before the start, 50% of the fee is refunded. After the first session there is no refund. One deferral to a later 2026 intake of the same course is allowed on medical grounds if you write to us with supporting information we can reasonably accept. That deferral does not create a second refund window.
If we cancel a cohort because it does not reach eight enrolments, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next published start, as you choose. In-house dates are set in the scoping note and follow the same refund timings measured from the first booked day.
Conduct in class
You agree to work only on files you are allowed to use, to follow the data rules given on night one, and to treat other learners’ screens as private. Recording other people in the lab is not allowed. Harassment, including comments about a person’s work that are aimed at humiliation rather than a usable check, is grounds for removal from the session without a refund. We may refuse a later seat if conduct makes the room unusable for others.
Workbooks and your own files
Workbooks, slides and briefs are licensed to you for your own use and your employer’s internal use. They are not licensed for resale, public posting, or re-teaching as a paid or public course. Your own files remain yours. We do not claim ownership of the documents you bring, the prompt library you write, or the automation you connect. We may ask to look at a workflow during class. We will not publish it.
No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee employment, a business result, or that a given tool will remain available. Models produce uneven text. The course teaches checks. It does not promise that a manager will adopt the method. If that limitation is a problem for a sponsor, say so before the invoice is paid.
